yeah, so this is a sketch I found in one of my old sketchbooks. Basically the jelly-maids are distantly related to the mermaids. The obvious difference is the jelly fish part and they kind of have legs. The jelly fish part is natural (they are born like that) but it can be removable (like cutting hair?) cuz the jelly fish part grows continually. Like if they let it grow, it'll eventually get so bigit'll look like a ballroom dress. They can cut it like the way hair is cut or nails are clipped for the latest new look in underwater fashion.
the hair on their heads are made from the same jelly-like matter as the lower part of their body (feels like strips of silicon)
